Return and Refund Policy
Overview
At Essent we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. To understand our policies regarding returns, exchanges and refunds, please read the details below.
1. Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of wear or are damaged cannot be accepted for return.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items (unless otherwise indicated)
- Items marked as "Final Sale".
To initiate a return, contact our support team at essentlab@libero.it and provide your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process and provide further instructions.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
The refunded amount may take a few days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider's processing times.
3. Changes
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at essentlab@libero.it . Exchanges are subject to stock availability and we recommend that you initiate the exchange process as soon as possible to ensure we can accommodate your request. The exchanged item must also meet the return eligibility requirements listed above.
Shipping costs
4. Shipping costs
- For Returns and Exchanges: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return of items.
- For defective or incorrect items: If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at essentlab@libero.it within 7 days of receiving your order and we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account or credit card statement. If your refund does not appear after a few days, contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at essentlab@libero.it and we will assist you further.
6. Damaged or defective items
We are committed to providing high quality products, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at essentlab@libero.it . Provide your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item and we will replace or refund at no additional cost.
7. Sale items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items, unless otherwise specified, are non-refundable and considered final sale. If you have any questions about whether a specific item is eligible for a return or refund, please contact our support team before purchasing.
8. International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes. Refunds for international returns will only cover the cost of the item(s) and not the original shipping charges.
