Shipping Information

At Essent, our goal is to provide fast and reliable shipping to ensure you receive your products in perfect condition and on time. 1. Shipping destinations
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location. If your country is not available for shipping at checkout, please contact us at essentlab@libero.it for further assistance.
2. Processing times
Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
3. Shipping options and delivery times
We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select during checkout.
Standard Shipping:
- Domestic: 3-7 working days
- International: 10-20 business days
Express Shipping:
- Domestic: 1-3 business days
- International: 5-10 business days
Please note that international delivery times may be affected by your country's customs procedures, which are beyond our control.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping option selected.
Free shipping:
- We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount (for example, $50). This applies to domestic orders only.
International Shipping:
- Shipping charges for international orders vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this information to track the progress of your shipment and see your estimated delivery date.
6. Customs, duties and taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to taxes, duties and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs charged by Essent. It is recommended to contact your local customs office for more information on any charges.
7. Delayed or lost shipments
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasionally shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, customs delays). If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at essentlab@libero.it and we will help you track your order.
For lost shipments, please wait up to 30 days for domestic orders and 45 days for international orders before contacting us. If your package is confirmed as lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
8. Incorrect shipping information
Please double check your shipping information before completing your order. If you notice any errors after placing your order, please contact us immediately at essentlab@libero.it . We will do our best to update the information before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once your order has been processed.
9. Unclaimed or returned packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, unclaimed, or any other reason, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package. If you choose not to reship the package, a refund will be issued for the item(s), less shipping charges.
